Financial Consultant

As a management consultant you will apply your skills and talents in the global financial industry, specializing in the practice of treasury, risk and cash management. You will leverage on your strong information technology field experience together with your natural talent as management consultant.

You will be working across the treasury spectrum in a variety of industries, organizations and sectors, you will manage teams, engineer business solutions, develop relationships with existing and new clients; you will be driving innovation, adaptation, excellence and success in treasury management for present and new clients. You will have the opportunity to work with competent colleagues from all over the world in a large variation of working environment, situations and client needs. The clients are emerging or mature treasury organizations that has a reason or desire to change and improve, you work in a unique environment collaboratively with treasury professionals to uncover ways to improve their business and organization.

With strong business qualification you will lead the way when business functions needs to be discovered and developed, business practices defined, policies and governances developed, transaction structures and financial market practices defined and implemented.

The ideal candidate has preferable experience as a consultant, or management consultant, and has strong interest or experience with the financial industry and treasury profession. You have a fundamental understanding of the dynamics of change, and you can orchestrate a true change within an organization, by your natural feel for timing, interest for cultures and personalities and can demonstrate essential experience and expertise. You understand how and why change initiatives develop within the treasury business, or within the treasury organizations and you know the treasury and finance professionals’ priorities.

You have a profound business administration, economics or financial engineering background, with strong experience in the financial market industry. You have experiences from different financial instruments. You have a feel for different transaction events and different requirements parties directly involved and indirectly involved in the transactions. You have also experiences with different business systems.
