Giving

We regularly support causes that are close to our hearts, via sponsorship and donations.

SOS Children's Villages

As a consultancy, growing people is part of our DNA. SOS Children’s Villages is therefore a natural choice for us.
SOS Children’s Villages takes care of orphaned and abandoned children and give them a home a family and education. As a consultancy growing people is part of our DNA and SOS Children’s Villages is therefore a natural choice for us. The children we sponsor are in South America and Africa. Visit www.sos-childrensvillages.org and see if you find it as rewarding as we do.

Göteborgs Räddningsmission

NFS has made a donation to Göteborgs Räddningsmission to support their hands on work with people for some reason being outside society. The work they do is remarkable and builds on volunteers with a mission to bring the outsiders back to society.
Göteborgs Räddningsmission approaches each individual with respect and dignity. We have a great belief that, with proper support, love, and constructive challenge, every person’s ability to change and grow is unlimited.

Faktum

NFS is involved in a project for homeless returning to society using entrepreneurship as the tool. Since NFS is an entrepreneurial company it makes sense for us. www.street-papers.com is an excellent initiative giving them a new meaning and pride in building and contributing to a publishing company.
Faktum is a street paper that provides a unique employment opportunity for homeless people by giving them the possibility to earn a dignified income and help themselves rebuild their lives and find a place in society. The homeless salespersons buy the paper at half the market price and sell it on the streets at full price. The street papers are meant as a long-term tool for social transformation that connect people across harmful social barriers and advocate for their needs.

water.org

In the countries where NFS usually works we take fresh and healthy water as a given. We therefore seldom consider that nearly one billion people lack this basic commodity.
Water.org is challenging the traditional approach to assisting people in developing countries. The goals are to draw attention to the world’s number one health problem, unsafe and inadequate water supplies, and to raise funds to help fight this immense problem – one community at a time. Water.org uses its expertise to foster high-quality, sustainable, community-level water supply projects and promotes innovative solutions that enable communities to take a leading role in solving their own water supply problems.
