Another 70+ years of consulting experience added to NFS’ pool of treasury experts

22 Apr 2008 NFS secures a strong start of the year with 10 new recruits, and keeps looking for the right mix of business and technology talents to its pool of treasury experts.

Magnus Lind, Managing Partner of NFS, comments: “The ultimate proof of the quality of our consultants shows in that old and new clients keep coming back with more assignments. We are constantly fully booked, and are actively looking for new hires, being very selective in our recruiting to secure our quality going forward. Our controlled growth is continuing globally adding on new competencies to cover our widened scope of services within treasury.”

During the last two quarters 10 new consultants with complementary competencies from Sweden, Italy, USA, Philippines, and India have joined NFS with placement in the Gothenburg, Barcelona and Singapore offices. Split evenly over Technical and Financial Consultants, together they have over 70 years of consulting experience in corporate treasury functions, accountancy and auditing, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), including Wallstreet Suite version 7, and Oracle and SAP treasury modules as well as other relevant systems such as Reuters Electronic Trading, 360T and FXall.

Besides the traditionally strong TMS consulting (primarily for Wallstreet Suite™), NFS sees high demand for treasury change management (supported by the NFS Treasury Excellence® methodology) as well as ERP Treasury Module consulting. The last European Treasurers’ IT Peer Group meeting confirmed this trend; the great majority of companies with TMS installations were considering or already changing over to ERP treasury modules, or at least asked for better integrations between the two.

NFS is now uniquely positioned to understand both the TMS and ERP worlds, and possesses the ability and the right tools to drive major changes for Best-in-Class treasury processes, systems and organization on a global scale.
